IMPORTANT POLICY HIGHLIGHTS: Check-in: 4pm | Check-out: 11am | No Smoking | No Pets
1) You hereby authorize Hotel to charge your credit or debit card for payment of all charges incurred on this account. You hereby authorize Hotel to charge your credit or debit card to cover any and all damage to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. If your credit or debit card is declined, you agree to immediately pay for any and all damages to your room(s) via a different payment method.
2) Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check into any property managed by Hotel. I certify that I am 21 years of age or older.
3) Service animals as defined by the ADA are always welcome. If possible, we request that you avoid leaving your service animal in your room unattended and not allow your service animal on furniture or beds more than necessary.
4) Aside from service animals as defined by the ADA, Hotel is not pet friendly. The exception is we allow dog(s) into the Cottage Double Queen and Tiny Cottage Queen rooms for a fee. If there is evidence that you brought a pet into your non-pet friendly room or a residence, you hereby authorize Hotel to charge your credit or debit card a deep cleaning fee of $500. If your credit or debit card is declined, you agree to pay Hotel a $500 deep cleaning fee via a different payment method.
5) Hotel is situated in the South Main Neighborhood, which is a new neighborhood under construction. We cannot offer relocations, discounts or refunds on the basis of construction noise.
6) Hotel is strictly non-smoking. If there is evidence of smoking in your room, residence or anywhere on the premises, you hereby authorize Hotel to charge your credit card or debit card a deep cleaning fee of $500. If your credit or debit card is declined, you agree to pay Hotel a $500 deep cleaning fee via a different payment method.
7) If you fail to vacate the room by check-out time on the day of your departure, and you have not made arrangements for a late check-out, Hotel reserves the right to remove you, your guests/invitees and all belongings from the room(s).
8) Bringing hazardous, illegal or flammable items, or items of an objectionable nature, into your room(s) is prohibited. You are solely liable and responsible for all loss and damage, financial or otherwise, that may be caused by such items or as a result of your or your guests/invitees negligence.
9) Dogs are allowed only in Cottage Double Queen and Tiny Cottage Queen rooms. There is a pet fee of $50 per dog per night. Other rooms and residences are not pet friendly. Please note that a $500.00 deep cleaning fee will be charged to those who violate this policy.
If I have a dog with me, I hereby understand and agree to the following policies:
– I agree to pay a non-refundable pet fee of $50 per dog, per day.
– I am personally responsible for the behavior of my dog(s) during my stay. The Hotel expects my dog(s) to have a sociable, non-aggressive demeanor.
– I agree to restrain my dog(s) if it is necessary for housekeeping or maintenance to service my guestroom during my stay.
– I will not bring my dog(s) into the public areas of the hotel property, i.e.: lobby, lounge, restaurant, etc.
– I will not allow my dog(s) to climb on and/or sit on any guestroom furniture.
– I agree to not leave my dog(s) unattended in a guestroom. If I do leave my dog(s) unattended in a guestroom and the Surf Hotel & Chateau receives one or more complaints about my dog(s) barking, scratching or generally bothering other guests or Hotel employees, I hereby authorize Surf Hotel & Chateau employees to enter my guestroom, remove my dog(s) from the guestroom and hold my dog(s) until I return.
– I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless South Main Realty, dba Surf Hotel & Chateau, from any and all penalties, expenses, costs and attorney’s fees arising from my dog(s)’s actions.
– I understand that the daily pet fee covers the necessary cleaning following my pet’s stay and that I may incur additional charges to my credit card on file for any damages to the room, its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel.
10) Please let Hotel know by 4pm MST 48 hours before your check-in date if you need to cancel. If we don’t hear from you by then, Hotel will charge a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax to your credit card. In the event that your reservation is for multiple nights and the room rate varies per night, the cancellation fee will equal room charges and taxes for the first night of your stay. Reservations designated as non-refundable at the time of booking remain non-refundable regardless of circumstances.
