SWEEPSTAKES
Purchase a valid Single-Day Local General Admission Ticket for Yahn Dawn at Meadow Creek in Buena Vista, Colorado, taking place September 18–20, 2026, and you will automatically be entered for a chance to win a Two (2) Night Stay at Surf Hotel, One (1) $300 Gift Card to Wesley & Rose and Two (2) Sauna Passes to Terraform Sauna. Anyone who has already purchased an eligible Single-Day Local General Admission ticket is also automatically entered.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who have purchased or purchase a valid Single-Day Local General Admission ticket for Yahn Dawn at Meadow Creek in Buena Vista, Colorado, for the September 18–20, 2026 event.
Purchases of eligible Single-Day Local General Admission tickets made prior to or during the Sweepstakes Period are eligible for entry. Individuals who have already purchased an eligible Single-Day Local General Admission ticket prior to the start of the Sweepstakes Period will also be automatically entered.
Weekend General Admission, Weekend VIP Admission, Single-Day VIP Admission, and any other ticket types that are not specifically designated as Single-Day Local General Admission are not eligible.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsors, their respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, purchase at least one (1) eligible Single-Day Local General Admission ticket for Yahn Dawn at Meadow Creek in Buena Vista, Colorado, taking place September 18–20, 2026, through the official event ticketing site: https://yahndawn.meadowcreekco.com/locals-tickets.
Individuals who have already purchased an eligible Single-Day Local General Admission ticket prior to the publication of these Official Sweepstakes Rules will be automatically entered. Eligible purchasers who purchase a Single-Day Local General Admission ticket through 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on Sunday, September 20, 2026, will also be automatically entered. No additional entry or registration is required.
The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify or remove duplicate, spam, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries at their sole discretion.
WINNER SELECTION
At the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, all eligible entries will be compiled and One (1) winner will be selected at random using a sweepstakes management software program.
The selected winner will be notified via email no later than 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time on Friday, September 25, 2026. If the selected winner does not respond within the timeframe specified in the notification, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Sweepstakes Rules, the Sponsors reserve the right to select an alternate winner at random.
The Sponsors are not responsible for a winner’s failure to receive notification due to an incorrect or inactive email address or other technical or communication issues beyond the Sponsors’ control.
PRIZES
One (1) winner will receive a two (2) night stay for up to two (2) guests at a guestroom within Surf Hotel, Surf Chateau, or Surf House. The specific property and room type will be determined at the sole discretion of Surf Hotel management and are subject to availability. Residences are not included.
The prize must be redeemed by December 31, 2027, and is valid for two (2) consecutive nights. No cash or other substitution is permitted. The prize is non-transferable and may not be resold.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Surf Hotel, Meadow Creek Music, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize providers (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or technically corrupted entries; technical failures; website or internet interruptions; or any other technical or human error that may interfere with participation in the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Sweepstakes Rules, and to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsors make no warranties, express or implied, regarding any prize. Any taxes or expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize that are not expressly included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner.
